LMG - 2024
The Brief
We were absolutely thrilled to be invited back to make a brand new induction video for LMG. Building on the success of 2016s project, we sought to tell a more personal, emotive story filled with the company’s rich history as well as it’s recent advances in the technologies that it offers.
From this, we created a script loosely based on the concept of ‘Past, Present, Future’ which gave us a nice, simple structure to base the induction video around.
Ultimately, the film needed to make new starters feel comfortable in their new roles, give them background about the company that they’d joined, and get excited about future possibilities.
Production
One of the most important elements of this project was the championing of LMG’s personality. We had scripted a lot of the dialogue over several draughts, but ultimately we realised that the project would benefit from more personal, authentic dialogue.
We shot all of the interviews and footage over the course of several filming days on location at LMG HQ, along with the brilliant Jason Nightall, who once again provided the project with excellent sound.
Editing was all done in house, as well as colour grading and sound mix.
What did the client say?
-
LMG has been fortunate enough to work with Andy for the production of our company induction videos, and other social media video content, since 2017.
When we first approached Andy, it’s fair to say we had no idea quite what we wanted - what would work, what wouldn’t? - but Andy’s flexible, accommodating and creative nature made it possible to create content that not only exceeded our expectations, but delivered something that genuinely captured the essence of the company.
Andy’s ability to put people at ease, alongside his commitment to delivering outcomes that truly exceed the brief make him a joy to work with.
I highly recommend Andy’s services and look forward to the next time we work together!
